These are the terms for using Elite Heights AI (ABN 72 693 097 746), an Australian business based in Hurstville, Sydney NSW, Australia. By starting a trial or a subscription, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email executive@eliteheights.org before you sign up — we would rather explain it than have you guess.

The service

Elite Heights AI answers inbound calls to your business number in a natural Australian voice, books appointments into your calendar, takes messages, and routes urgent callers to you. It works only from the script and knowledge you approve — it never invents a price or a promise on your behalf. See Acceptable use for what it may and may not be used for.

The trial

The trial runs 30 days on your real calls. No card is required to start, and nothing is charged during the trial. Every appointment it books during that time is yours to keep, whether or not you continue afterward. If it is not for you, it switches off and you owe nothing.

Plans and billing

Published, flat pricing: Frontdesk $399/month, Practice $749/month, Scale $1,499/month. No per-minute overage and no setup fee. Billing is month to month by default, or yearly at a 10% discount. Prices are in AUD and reviewed no more than once a year, with 30 days' notice before any change takes effect on your account.

Cancellation

There is no lock-in contract. Cancel any time by texting or emailing us, effective at the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation or exit fees, and you can export your full call history on request under our Privacy terms.

Availability and fallback

We aim for the service to be answering every call, every time. If it is ever unreachable, calls fall back automatically to your own mobile or voicemail — the worst case is where you are today without it, never worse.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the script, pricing, and information you give the receptionist, and for holding the right to forward the business number you connect. You must be authorised to represent the business the service answers for.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right you hold under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes are notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
