Acceptable use
We built Elite Heights AI to make a phone get answered, in a way the caller doesn't mind. To keep it that way, here is what it may and may not be used for. We publish this on purpose.
What it's for
Answering inbound calls to your business, booking appointments, taking messages, and routing the urgent ones. Honest, useful, everyday reception work.
What it must not be used for
No deception. Your receptionist identifies itself as a virtual receptionist. It must not be configured to pretend to be a specific real person in order to mislead callers.
No harm. No sales harassment, no debt collection from individuals, no political robocalling, no scam or misleading conduct, and nothing unlawful under Australian law.
No misuse of data. You may only use it to handle calls for a business you are authorised to represent, and you must have the right to forward the number you connect.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the script and knowledge you give it, for any prices or promises it states on your behalf, and for complying with the laws of your industry. It works only from what you approve; it never improvises a price or a commitment.
Suspension
We may suspend an agent that breaches this policy. Where we can, we'll talk to you first. Your call history remains yours to export.
