Privacy
This explains how Elite Heights AI (ABN 72 693 097 746) handles personal information for our customers and for the people who call them. We are an Australian business based in Hurstville, Sydney NSW, Australia, and we align our handling of personal information with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
What we collect
From you, the business: your name, business name, contact details, and the configuration you give us to build your receptionist. From your callers: their phone number, the content of the call, and any details they provide so a booking or message can be handled.
How we use it
Only to answer and handle calls on your behalf, book appointments, send you summaries, and operate and improve the service for you. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your calls to advertise to anyone.
Where it is stored
In Australia. Call handling and storage are hosted in Sydney. We do not route your calls offshore to be processed.
Call recording and consent
Where calls are recorded, your receptionist provides the notification required under APP 5 at the start of the call. You control whether recording is on, and recordings are handled under your chosen retention setting.
Retention and your rights
Call data is retained for the period you choose (12 months by default; longer where a regulated industry requires it). You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold, and you can export your full call history at any time under APP 12. Email executive@eliteheights.org and we will action it.
Security
Access is restricted, encrypted in transit, and limited to operating the service. If something ever goes wrong, our fall-back routes calls to your own mobile or voicemail, so you are never cut off.
